Despite many challenges since March 2020, a successful partnership is finally bearing fruit: Due to the close collaboration between Muriel Lepère’s group (Physics) and IRsweep, high-resolution spectroscopy could be implemented based on the IRis-F1 dual-comb spectrometer. The first version of the high-resolution qualified IRis-F1 was installed at University of Namur in autumn 2020 and successfully measures spectra with < 30 MHz resolution. This new measurement technique will be celebrated with a scientific symposium on high resolution and dual-comb spectroscopies.
