  • Where Le Delta, Avenue Golenvaux 18, Namur
  • Add event to calendar iCal

ILEE's annual Research Day, edition 2023, was a very exciting event!

We were lucky to hold it in a beautiful location - le Delta of Namur!

Theodoros Iliopoulos was the invited keynote speaker, who gave an exciting and very informative talk from the field of environmental law. A good occasion as well to further reinforce our links with the CMK (Center of Environmental Sciences) at UHasselt where Theodorus is working as FUW researcher.

Another invited talk was given by Mathias Lucas from the NCP Wallonie (National Contact Point), where we learned about the European programmes that support research.

And of course, there were prices to win! Corentin Visée (Geography) and Martin Vlieghe (Geology) convinced the jury to merit the prices for the best poster and best oral presentation! Congratulations!!

Well done as well ALL other speakers, the quality of presentations was very high.
