Brendan Reid recently joined the Biology URBE team as new professor, combining cutting-edge genomic sequencing in space and time with habitat data, demographic data, and computational methods to understand the evolutionary responses of aquatic and semi-aquatic species and communities (particularly fish and amphibians) to environmental change over time and propose conservation solutions to ensure their sustainability.
